For founder Robin Sloan, The IYNW Group is marketplace ministry expressed through practical service. Rooted in biblical principles but welcoming to all, it exists to help people recognize what is in their hands, connect with the resources they need, and move toward true identity, purpose, and fulfillment.
The Is Your Net Working Group (The IYNW Group) is a purpose-driven enterprise that develops, owns, supports, and partners with ventures designed to solve problems, create opportunities, and produce meaningful impact.
Our Belief
We believe that people, ideas, relationships, resources, gifts, and opportunities become more powerful when they are connected and put to work with purpose.
We call these our "nets."
A net may be a relationship, a skill, an idea, professional expertise, a business opportunity, a resource, or a strategic connection. Yet simply having these things does not guarantee that they will produce the results we desire.
Having a network isn't enough. Your net has to work.
At The IYNW Group, we believe that the gifts, talents, relationships, ideas, and opportunities God entrusts to us are meant to be stewarded with purpose. Founder's Note
The vision for The IYNW Group began with a question God placed on my heart: Is Your Net Working?™ Over the years, I have seen people possess incredible gifts, ideas, relationships, experiences, and resources and still struggle to accomplish what they envisioned — not because the answer didn't exist, but because the right pieces weren't connected and working together. I came to understand that having a network isn't enough. The net has to work. That revelation became the foundation of The IYNW Group. Today, IYNW exists to build ventures, connect resources, develop strategic relationships, and create opportunities that put people and purpose into action. Some of those ventures we will build and own. Others will grow through partnerships and collaborations. What connects them all is the belief that what God has placed in our hands has purpose — and that purpose is realized when we steward it well and put it to work. The IYNW Group is more than a network. It's about making the net work.
